FUSES
Switchfuse has facility to interchangeablility between HRC or Rewirable fuse carrier for the same fuse base. HRC carrier will accept bolted HRC fuselink to IS:9224 1979.

Fuse base & carrier are made up of finest quality Vitreous Ceramic.

ENCLOSURES
All enclosures are fabricated from sheet steel which is treated with rust prevention layer of zinc phosphate & finished with powder coating of dark grey colour.

EASE OF INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE
Cover are detachable to facilitate wiring & maintenance. Removable insulated Switchbar to facilitate easy cabling acess. Ample wiring space for aluminum conductor.

SPECIFICATION
Rewirable Switch-fuse units Complies with IS-10027-1981 tested for AC21 utilisation category & are suitable for use on systems having a short circuit capacity of up to 4KA at 415V AC when fitted with Rewirable fuses to IS 9926-1981. 

HRC Switchfuse units complies with IS-13947 Pt3 - 1993 & BS5419, tested for AC23 utilization category & are suitable for use on systems having circuit capacity of up to 50 KA at 415V AC when fitted with HRC fuse links to IS-9224-1979.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

• Hard bright nickle plated contacts for high conductivity & longer life. 

• Fully shrouded live part 

• Cable termination suitable for accommodating aluminium & copper conductors. 

• All contacts are prepared from electrolytic copper & extruded brass.
